Marriage equality requires support from both sides of politics to pass. Polls show that 80% of Australians want Tony Abbott to allow a conscience vote on marriage equality.

Marriage Equality Matters

FOR many Australians marriage is a profoundly meaningful way to demonstrate love, strengthen commitment and reinforce family ties. Denying anyone the right to marry because of gender or sexuality is simply not fair. Australian Marriage Equality is campaigning to change the law so that same-sex couples are allowed to marry.
